REQUESTS
The SBSS is happy to promote your organization's events or initiatives on our social media, website, newsletter or events calendar. Please fill out the form below with as much detail as possible, and we'll promote your event or initiative to the best of our abilities.
If you are an individual or organization outside of the Sprott community looking to share your opportunities with Sprott students, we'd be happy to share it on the External Opportunities section of our website.

Internal (SBSS Events)
This form is if you require marketing for an event or for any other purpose. The Marketing Portfolio kindly asks you to give 2- 3 weeks notice for all marketing you require. If your event is very large with multiple posts required please give us as much time as possible. If you have a last minute event please give at least 2 weeks notice. Due to foreseen time constraints we will only be able to post or create a maximum of 3 times. If you do not have all information for your event or have questions about the form please contact Dylan White.
Sprott Clubs
This form is for Sprott Clubs who require reposts to help better promote their events. Note clubs are responsible for the marketing of their own events however, the SBSS is happy to reshare club posts on SBSS socials to help further boost Sprott engagement for your event. We would appreciate if you give at least 48 hour notice that you will require us to reshare a post as we need to schedule all SBSS media on our socials, in advanced.
