Internal Case Competition: Recap

Last Saturday, November 24th, marked the annual SBSS Internal Case Competition. SBSS worked with Enterprise testing students critical and analytical thinking skills through a three hour case crack and presentation. The students were split into two divisions: the Junior Division, consisting of first and second years, and the Senior Division, consisting of third and fourth years. In the Junior Division there were 10 teams total, each with three students per team. With some teams having no case competition experience, judges were impressed with their confidence and hunger to crack a case on popular ridesharing service Uber. Movember Dodegball Tournament: Recap

Dodge for the Cause! Saturday November 4th, 2018 marked the annual SBSS Movember Dodgeball tournament! The event was in support of the Movember Foundation, a charity that raises money and awareness for men’s health. Eight teams ranging from 6 to 10 players came out to Norm Fenn Gym in the afternoon to play for the title of Movember Dodgeball Champions! The competition started at noon and the spirit in the Gym was contagious with the competition growing fast. Players were keen to win the title and the competitive spirit was high.Teams demonstrated strong passion for the sport through intense dips, dives, and dodges!
